Roydon Parish Council AGM
and
Annual Parish Meeting, 2019.

The Annual General Meeting of Roydon Parish Council will take place on Tuesday, 14th May at 7.15pm in the Parish Room at St. Remigius’ Church. This meeting will be immediately followed by the Annual Parish Meeting (approximate start at 8.00) at which residents can raise any matter they wish concerning Roydon. Graham Minshull will give a short talk on planning and how applications are decided and Graham Moore, Chairman of Scole Parish Council, will also speak outlining the advantages of village assets having charitable status. There will be opportunity for residents to discuss, and give their views on, the proposed installation of outdoor gym equipment on the recreational area south of William Brown Way, a matter on which the parish council will make a final decision at an extraordinary meeting on Tuesday, 28th May, again starting at 7.15pm in the Parish Room.

Annual Litter Pick

The Annual Litter Pick will take place on Sunday 14th April, 10.00am until about 12 midday.

Please meet in the school yard at 10.00am to collect equipment and be allocated an area to litter pick.
